Are you looking to become a certified Pilates instructor? Our program provides a strong foundation in Pilates mat work, covering both classical beginner and intermediate exercises in one comprehensive certification. Over the course of 3 days (1 full weekend) and 45 hours, you will become fluent in teaching both beginner and intermediate exercises, as well as modifications and cues tailored to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and common injuries.

Workshop hours: The hours we meet together as a group during the above dates and times.
Observation hours - The hours at home utilizing our video platform and taking in-studio mat classes.
Teacher Training hours - These hours are completed on your own time when practicing with another apprentice in your group or offering your own 45 minute class to family and friends.
