Are you looking to become a certified Pilates instructor? Our program provides a strong foundation in Pilates mat work, covering both classical beginner and intermediate exercises in one comprehensive certification. Over the course of 3 days (1 full weekend) you will become fluent in teaching both beginner and intermediate exercises, as well as modifications and cues tailored to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and common injuries.
