Our classes start at an intermediate level, but accommodate all fitness levels. Inform the instructor if you're new to Pilates reformer or tower , and they'll assist you throughout the routine as necessary.

Our classes are open level and open to all.

Members with a membership may cancel a class but will incur a $20 penalty fee for each late cancellation. Members using class passes (and not memberships) will forfeit the pass for any late cancellation. A cancellation is considered late if made within 12 hours of the class start time.

Our monthly memberships are set up for automatic monthly payments but can be canceled at any time, without any commitment or hidden fees.

• Treat your waitlists like you are booked for class. You can be added up to 1 hour before the start time. If you decide you cannot attend class anymore, remove yourself from the waitlist.

• Only go on as many waitlist as you want to attend classes. There is a high chance you’ll get into every class you waitlist for. 

• If you prefer not to wake up early to check if you've been admitted to the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist before going to bed.

• Notifications - Make sure your text and email notifications are turned on. You can do this through the Caya or MINDBODY app. 

• An hour before the class starts the waitlist locks and no more members can be added. HACK - remove yourself from the waitlist and book yourself into class last minute if there is an opening.
